FROM WICKLOW TO JAPAN - Our search for exceptional wood took us from the forests surrounding Glendalough to Hokkaido in northern Japan, where Mizunara oak grows slowly in a challenging climate. The result is a whiskey shaped by two remarkable landscapes. RICH, EXOTIC & BEAUTIFULLY COMPLEX - Notes of dark chocolate, orange zest and honey combine with sandalwood, cinnamon and warming spice.
