MATURED IN OLOROSO SHERRY CASKS: Antique bronze with an amber hue, reflecting long rest in exceptional Spanish oak for remarkable depth and complexity. Unpeated. DEEPLY AROMATIC NOSE: Fudge and dark muscovado sugar unfold first, enriched by fruit compote and morello cherries. RICH, SEDUCTIVE PALATE & FINISH: Stewed fruits, allspice, aged Oloroso, toasted walnut bread and chocolate orange, carrying into a long, lingering finish of dark treacle, allspice and walnut.
