Palate: A sumptuous palate of treacle tart and roasted walnuts and pecans, opening to spice-kissed mocha with dates and prunes. Orange oil lifts the sweetness, while gingernut biscuits, anise and a touch of mince pies linger with a refined, warming finish Finish: Mixed peel, mincemeat, spicy nuts, treacle toffee, orange marmalade, angelica.
