Palate: Raisin and cherry filled chocolate torte, with mouthwatering baked mango and velvety plum skin. Finish: Long, sherry-spun finish of dried fruit, cocoa and dark chocolate, with plum and raisin lingering against a spine of oak and spice. Velvety and mouthwatering, the warmth persists, leaving a leathery, nutty echo.
