Deep bronze, full-bodied and heavily sherried with a peat note; spicy, sweet with vanilla finish. Palate: Full-bodied and heavily sherried, with a hint of peat that sets Glenfarclas apart. Spicy yet sweet, the palate evolves from dark fruit and malt into richly chewy sherry, all wrapped in warmth. Add a drop of water to open the maltiness and sherry, Finish: Long, richly warming, the finish combines vanilla sweetness with spiced malt, carried on a deep sherry backbone. It lingers warmly, gradually fading to a soft, comforting glow of oak and sweetness.
