A White Oak release delivering vanilla, toasted oak, citrus, honey sweetness, tropical hints and gentle spice, finishing with oak and subtle fruit. Glengoyne White Oak Cask Matured Highland Single Malt Scotch 24 year old 47.8% ABV Nose: Rich vanilla and toasted oak envelop the senses, with bright lemon curd and honey sweetness layered with plum jam, desiccated coconut and spiced apple pastry dusted with icing sugar, finished with zest of lime. Palate: Gently balanced with surprising depth, it delivers bright lemon and key lime pie, honeycomb sweetness and soft tropical notes. The warm, creamy oak lingers, with hints of star anise, dark chocolate and vanilla to finish. Finish: Long and well aged, toffee apple, delicate citrus and lingering oak.
