Matured in first fill sherry cask, first fill bourbon casks, complimented by a portion of refill casks. Our cask strength releases gives whisky connoisseurs the chance to try Glengoyne in its purest form. Unchill filtered and at natural colour. Nose: Milk chocolate, bright and sweet sherry notes, fresh red berries & orchard fruits, honey almonds. Palate:​ Crisp Green apple, barely sweets, lemon sherbert and decadent honey with winter spices Finish: Medium, lightly drying, with a sweet chocolate and black pepper spice finish
