TASTING NOTES - This special wood brings out aromas of heather honey, notes of warming ginger ​and a long finish with sweet spice. SCOTTISH OAK - Sustainably sourced Virgin Scottish Oak, grown and harvested in Killearn village - just 5 miles from the distillery. Naturally high tannins contribute to structure, dryness and warming spice, shaping a robust and characterful spirit.
