Limited-edition single malt finished in bespoke oak casks for rich depth and a creamy, silky texture. Missouri oak adds complexity to a refined Highland spirit with a long, lingering finish. Glenmorangie Astar 2017 Release Single Malt Scotch 52.5% ABV Nose: Beeswax, heather honey, coconut fudge, white chocolate, praline, butterscotch, apricot glaze on baked pastries, vanilla sponge cake. Palate: Toasted coconut, creme brulee, spicy vanilla fudge, candied tropical fruit, quite a sappy oak body with clove, orange oil and hazelnut puree. Finish: Honey, almond, coconut, dry vanillin oak, apricot jam, egg custard, toasted brioche and late clove spice.
