Usage

1. Gently run the knife blade through the slot 6 or 7 times for optimal sharpening.
2. Start with the coarse wheel and finish with the fine wheel for razor-sharp results.
3. Apply light pressure and let the ceramic wheels do the work.
4. Clean by hand using warm water and a light detergent; avoid submerging or dishwasher.
