Having a decent sized blade makes it brilliant for chopping, slicing and dicing, whether cutting up vegetables or slicing meat. It features the new improved flutes on the blade which prevents food from sticking to the blade making it a very easy to use Cook’s knife.Global G-9 22cm Bread Knife: A specialist knife designed specifically to be used on bread. The teeth are made to saw through even the toughest of bread crusts and it could also be used on some tough meats, for example crackling.Global G-82 21cm Fluted Carving Knife: The shape of the blade and improved flutes make it ideal for cutting up shawarma, shredding duck or mincing meat. The flutes allow faster and more efficient cutting preventing food from sticking to the blade making it ideal for professional kitchens.Global GS-36 & GS-38 Knives: These are the Global GS series knives within the block. The Global GS series which is smaller than the G series, have angled handles that help when attempting general preparation and small intricate tasks which need smaller blades.
