This Global GS-108SE 12cm Serrated Utility Knife is part of a new range of four utility knives in the Global GS range featuring a variety of edges on the 12cm blade. This serrated edge utility knife is perfect for slicing through delicate fruits and vegetables without ripping or tearing them. Also great for slicing through bread rolls and bagels or for slicing salami.As with all Global GS knives, this serrated utility knife is crafted from high quality Cromova18 stainless steel and ice hardened to Rockwell 56-58. The blade features an acute 15° cutting edge which holds its razor sharp edge for longer. The hollow handle is filled with sand to provide excellent balance whilst the classic Global dotted handle provides a secure grip. Smooth contours and seamless construction eliminate food or dirt traps, offering the ultimate in safety and hygiene.Cleaning Global knives is straightforward and easy - simply wash immediately after use in warm water with a mild detergent. Dry with a soft cloth.The Global GS-108SE 12cm Serrated Utility Knife is supplied with an extended 35 year Global warranty. Knives are not for sale to persons under the age of 18. - all knives and bladed products are delivered by Age Verified Delivery (AVD).
