The Sai range is designed to reflect the changes in the world since the first creation of Global knives. The Sai collection, designed to professional level will enhance your cookery skills and preparation techniques. The handles are designed to be stylish and ergonomic with 7 dots along the handle instead of the usual pattern on the global handle, these dots represent the Japanese bushido way of the warrior and the 7 virtues of the Samurai.  Knives are not for sale to persons under the age of 18. - all knives and bladed products are delivered by Age Verified Delivery (AVD). The carrier may request proof of age in order to deliver your parcel. If proof of age is not available, or the recipient is underage, the carrier will refuse to deliver.
