Silver Surface: The silver surface produces the brightest reflection of all five surfaces, with the greatest amount of specularity. Perfect for situations where you want to bounce light into the shadows with that extra bit of sparkle. Wavy/Soft Gold Surface: The wavy/soft gold surface produces a quality of light similar to that of the silver surface but with a subtle warming effect. Perfect for filling in the shadows in environments where the ambient lighting has a warmer tone, such as at sunset. Black Surface: Unlike the other surfaces, the black surface produces negative fill light. It absorbs excess light, preventing it from bouncing onto your subject, enabling you to deepen shadows. Perfect for adding mystery and drama to your images. Translucent Surface: The central translucent white surface is designed to be placed between your light source and your subject to diffuse harsh light sources. It reduces specularity and also produces a soft gradient of light. The translucent surface can also be used to bounce light into the shadows.
