Amazon Good Bye, Lenin! is the soundtrack album by Yann Tiersen for the same-named movie starring Daniel Brühl and Katrin Sass. Except for the version of ''Summer 78'' sung by Claire Pichet that is not instrumental, all of the music was written by Yann Tiersen. The soundtrack has elements that are reminiscent of Yann Tiersen's best-known film composition, the score for Amélie, which was heavily influenced by French music. In reality, ''Comptine d'un autre été: L'après-midi'' from Amélie was also utilised in Goodbye, Lenin.
