Pale straw in colour, this aromatic wine is bursting with aromas of kiwi, lemon, honeydew, and slight undertones of banana, with light minerality and a touch of acid on the nose. On the palate, a wonderfully crisp structure, medium-bodied and medium-plus acid, with flavors of melon and gooseberry. The long, cool growing season and clay loam soils have contributed incredible citrus fruit flavours and a crisp texture to this wine This wine is pleasantly refreshing and will make for the perfect foodie wine to go with fish or cheese in particular, or will be just as great to drink on its own.
