This sealant is mould and mildew resistant flexible and won’t yellow shrink or crack over time. Plus it's 100% waterproof and can be exposed to shower water or rain in just 30 minutes. To Use: All surfaces should be clean and free of dirt grease oil and old sealant. For gaps larger than 12mm use a backer rod to fill the gap.
