Ruck Plate Carriers carry straps are wide, reinforced and extra padded, to create the smoothest wearing experience. To make the straps, we put two high-quality pieces of high-density polyethylene foam together, laminating them with heat to form a permanent bond. The inner foam provides superior cushioning against the shoulder, and the outer foam provides outstanding durability and impact resistance. High and Stable Weight: Keeping the running plates high up on your back, as well as stable and evenly distributed, gives you the best position to gain strength when cracking. The raised pockets prevent the running weights from bouncing around, allowing you to increase up to 30 lbs of running plates (we recommend starting at 9 kg). Back Support: A raised padding along the bottom of your Ruck Plate Carrier provides an ergonomic lumbar support that protects your spine, helping to hold your torso. The back panel 210D Cordura fabric is soft and moves together with you, instead of rubbing against your clothes.
