Granudacyn ® is a medicinal medical device in the form of a colorless solution. The wound rinse (irrigation) preparation is intended for cleaning and hydrating acute, chronic and contaminated wounds, as well as first and second degree burns. The washing solution mechanically cleans the wound, thus preventing its superinfection, and in the case of already infected wounds, it has a supportive effect, significantly reducing the microbiological load. The medical device is germ-free and has a neutral pH. It is not cytotoxic or irritating, and its effect also reduces the unpleasant smell of wounds.Granudacyn® Wound Solution contains hypochlorous acid (HOCI), which occurs naturally in the body. Prevents the multiplication of Gram+ and Gram- bacteria, viruses, spores and fungi. Due to this fact, it can be used safely up to 60 days after opening the package.
