In 1972, Janus released an album "Gravedigger" on the EMI label Electrola Harvest. The band shared the cast with figures like Pink Floyd, Barclay James Harvest, ELO or Deep Purple, but they were completely different: a raw, untamed and boundary-pushing Krautrock band. But as much as the record captured the spirit of the era, it never managed to capture the absolute power and chaos of its live sound.
