DISCOVER THE CONTINENT OF GACANE Return to the lands of Gacane in this new adventure that begins three years before the events of the first game, far beyond the city of Serène seen previously. Originally from Teer Fradee, a small island steeped in magic and surrounded by lush nature, you complete your initiation to become a "Doneigad," a sage in service to your clan. But your destiny takes a dramatic turn when "renaigsa" (foreigners) from the Old Continent capture you and threaten your people with extermination. Escaping your captors, you discover this foreign land, cradle of powerful nations ravaged by war and a mysterious disease. Journey across the Old Continent; the City of Stars, Olima, and its scientific observatory; set sail for the shores of Uxantis, the port capital of the Nautes; and forge your path along the perilous roads of Thynia, lined with ancient ruins. To traverse this vast world, you can rely on the Constanzia, a sturdy ship you will acquire during your adventure and which will quickly become your headquarters. RECRUIT ALLIES Throughout your journey, you will meet 8 memorable companions. Each has their own story, beliefs, and secrets. Choose their equipment and outfit, their attributes, and their combat specialty to assemble your party according to your style and benefit from their support… or take control of them during battles. Crucial even outside of combat, they can lend you their knowledge and influence with the various factions of the continent to open closed doors. From simple ally to soulmate, your future is intertwined with theirs, and every decision you make impacts the esteem they hold for you. Initiate a lasting friendship, perhaps even a deep love, but beware! Your actions will determine the strength of your bond… or the reasons for their departure. BECOME A MASTER TACTICIAN. Faced with warlike men and ferocious creatures, your path may also lead through violence. Use your strategic mind in real-time combat by activating the tactical pause. This allows you to plan your actions, exploit your enemies' weaknesses, and adapt your strategy to each situation. Prefer to stay in the heat of battle? Use your skills during combat to triumph over your opponents in a more direct style. Choose the combat profile that suits you best, between "Tactical" which gives you total control of the camera and your companions, "Immersion" which focuses on your character and lets your companions act autonomously or "Hybrid" which offers a middle ground.
