General description These chrome plated flat electric towel rails feature an energy-efficient PTC electric heating element, combining cost-effective operation with excellent handcrafted build quality. They are filled with a glycol solution to prevent freezing and corrosion, while also reducing noise compared to traditional towel warmers filled only with water. The high specification IP64 rated CE approved PTC electrical element ensures a safe and stable temperature of 70°C, which can be adjusted with a dimmer switch. The element operates at full power until the towel warmer reaches its working temperature, after which the power is reduced to maintain this temperature, making it more cost-effective than standard electrical elements. A bidex timer is included for scheduling operation, allowing you to save energy by heating rooms only when needed. Installation must be done outside of the bathroom by a qualified electrician, connecting to a switched 5amp fuse box. Technical specifications
