The rails are filled with a glycol solution to prevent freezing and corrosion, reducing noise compared to traditional towel warmers filled only with water. The high specification IP64 rated CE approved PTC electrical element maintains a safe and stable temperature of 70°C, which can be adjusted with a dimmer switch. The element operates at full power until the desired temperature is reached, then reduces power to maintain it, making it more cost-effective than standard electrical elements. A bidex timer is included for scheduling operation based on time or temperature, allowing for energy savings by heating only when needed.
