It combines a column radiator, designed to provide ample heat to the room, with a towel warmer. Finished in white powder coating and chrome plating, it is made from steel for a tough and durable finish and secures to both the floor and wall. The Windsor electric towel radiator is suitable for any domestic or commercial environment and is perfect for when you can't connect a towel rail to your central heating or you want to be able to use your towel warmer throughout the year. It uses a ceramic PTC heating element which is designed to heat to 65°C, and regulates its power consumption to maintain this temperature. As a result, PTC elements are more cost effective to run than traditional resistance wire elements, and they can be used without a thermostat.
