GRIVEL Black Hole x 5 Wall Anchor Cap | Ultimate Rope and Anchor ProtectionElevate the safety and longevity of your climbing equipment with the GRIVEL Black Hole x 5, the definitive solution for protecting fixed anchors and your rope. Designed for high-traffic environments like climbing gyms and popular outdoor crags, these durable caps are an essential piece of kit for route setters and conscientious climbers. The Black Hole is engineered to create a large, smooth, and forgiving surface over fixed hangers, drastically reducing wear and tear on your rope´s sheath during repeated top-roping and lowering. By preventing direct contact with the metal hanger, it not only preserves your most critical piece of gear—the rope—but also protects the permanent Wall anchors from premature wear, ensuring the integrity of the route for everyone. The primary benefit of the GRIVEL Black Hole is the significant reduction in rope drag. This creates a smoother, more fluid belaying and climbing experience, especially beneficial for beginners or during intensive training sessions. Its robust design is simple to install and stays securely in place, offering reliable performance day after day. Sold in a convenient pack of five, you can easily outfit an entire route or station, providing consistent protection and a professional finish to any climbing wall. Innovative Ice Screw ProtectionGrivel´s commitment to total gear protection extends to your winter adventures with a patented solution for ice screw transport. Good protection for the sharp and delicate tips of ice screws during transport is paramount. This new design fits various diameters of screws, offering unparalleled versatility. The bottom of each cap is pierced to release any water and dampness that could cause rust, a problem with the old caps. Whilst using the screws the protection can be hooked onto the screws handle where it doesn't risk being lost. This is a solution to two problems: rust on the blades of screws and losing the caps whilst out. Patented.
