CONCENTRATED12:1 FORMULA: Our shampoo is concentrated so a little goes a long way, meaning your get more washes in every bottle. Mix 1 part shampoo to 12 parts water. HOW TO USE: Wet the coat thoroughly with warm water. Pour diluted mix over the coat, carefully avoiding the eyes, ears and mouth. Massage into coat using your hands, a sponge or rubber mitt for extra cleansing. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and repeat as necessary. Gently pat dry with a towel, then comb through.
