These bay leaves are ground to a fine powder, bursting with an aromatic scent & taste. Use to flavour both sweet and savoury dishes. Add to soups, stews or casseroles. Sprinkle over rice dishes for added flavour and texture. Fry off in oil to add an aromatic flavour to the oil.
