A fragrant spice with an almost herbal and citrus flavour, often used in curries. Cardamom pods are split and ground to a fine powder, ideal for avoiding texture. Use in a herbal or chai tea to add a punch of flavour. Add warmth to dishes such as curries tagines and stews. Add to biscuits, cakes an other sweet treats.
