Ground Cloves 500g

Ground cloves have a strong slightly bitter taste which adds heat and a spicy kick to any recipe. Often used in Indian cuisine and in curries to add warmth. Mostly used mixed with other spices to create all spice. Great with ham, lamb and pork. Sprinkle over fruit – particularly oranges – before baking to add depth and heat to the fruit.
