Obello LED table lamp made of frosted glass with rechargeable battery, mobile use, IP44 The Obello LED table lamp sets the scene for balconies, terraces, garden parties and any living room or lounge with its soft all-round light. The mushroom-shaped body is made entirely of frosted glass, which evenly diffuses the warm white light from the integrated LED. The switch under the base also enables the selection of three brightness levels (100 %, 40 %, 10 %). Thanks to its rechargeable battery, Obello does not require a power connection during operation. A USB charging cable is included in the scope of delivery. Obello still looks ultra-modern today; however, the table lamp was designed back in 1970 by US designer William "Bill" Edwin Curry. Obello by Danish GUBI and American designer Bill Curry is a truly elegant and smart little table lamp. Created in a single piece of mouth-blown glass - and with built-in rechargeable batteries - the lamp makes picnics, evenings on the terrace or reading a book in a corner of the garden a pure pleasure. The lamp was designed by Bill Curry, best known for his iconic Stemlite. The original drawings for Obello date from 1970 - and you can sense the then American forward-looking zeitgeist of huge technological advances, computers and moon landings that would have certainly felt science fictional in its time when you see the mushroom-like shape of the lamp. Obello is powered for up to 40 hours and recharges in 4 and a half hours.
