GYM MASTER High Density Foam Plyo Jump Box 12" x 16" 18"

THREE HEIGHTS, ONE BOX: Flip the unit to switch between 12, 16 and 18 inch training levels, replacing three separate plyo boxes with a single adjustable platform. At just 1.7kg, it can be easily repositioned between heights in seconds, making it simple to adapt jump training, step-ups and other plyometric exercises during your workout. HIGH-DENSITY FOAM CORE: A firm foam interior and PVC covered leather shell help absorb landing impact while maintaining a stable, square shape under load. The 200kg rating is designed to support dynamic jump training, helping accommodate heavier athletes and weighted vest workouts without excessive compression, sagging or top-surface caving during repeated jumps. NO MORE BRUISED SHINS: Missed jumps on timber or steel leave painful shin scrapes that linger for weeks. The soft-sided construction cushions missteps, cutting the fear factor that stops many trainees progressing height and committing to explosive jumps. NON-SLIP TRAINING SURFACE: The textured cover helps provide secure footing during jumps, step-ups and other plyometric exercises. Suitable for use on timber, rubber and concrete flooring, while the high-density foam core helps absorb landing impact and maintain a stable training surface during repeated use. VERSATILE TRAINING TOOL: Use it for box jumps, box squats, step-ups, split squats, incline push-ups, tricep dips and seated mobility drills. Designed to support a wide range of plyometric, strength and conditioning exercises. Please Note: Plyo boxes must always be placed against a wall or other solid surface to prevent movement. Not suitable for commercial use.
