Hammerite Direct to Rust Metal Paint - Smooth White Finish - 250ml

The Hammerite Direct to Rust Metal Paint is a solvent-based exterior coating designed to protect and rejuvenate metal surfaces. It can be applied directly onto rusted or finished metal, functioning as primer, undercoat, and topcoat in one to simplify the painting process. The formulation includes anti-corrosive pigments that react with atmospheric moisture, helping to shield ferrous and non-ferrous metals from corrosion and moisture. This paint is intended to provide long-lasting protection, with up to eight years of rust resistance, while delivering a smooth, high-sheen finish in white. It dries to the touch in about one hour, with recoat possible after around four hours. The product covers approximately 5 square metres per litre and is available in a 250 ml size. It can be applied directly to clean, dry metal surfaces, including rusted areas, using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
