Hammerite Smooth Direct To Rust Metal Paint is a durable, corrosion-resistant decorative coating designed for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, certain plastics, and wood. It delivers a smooth gloss finish that retains its sheen over time and can be applied directly onto rusty metal surfaces without a primer or undercoat. This solvent-based exterior paint dries to touch in about 1 hour and can be repainted after 4 hours. Available in black, it provides an 8-year protection and covers approximately 5 square meters per litre in a 5-litre container, suitable for applications such as metal doors, garden furniture, gates, and railings. It can be applied by roller or brush to form a superior moisture barrier.
