Each side has 2 adjustable mesh pockets for water bottles of approx. 500ml to 1L COMFORTABLE & TOUGH: The shoulder straps are padded and adjustable and the waist belt can be adjusted long enough. The thick padded back compartment works great with a 3L hydration bladder (hydration bladder not included).
