Pure Brazil Fazenda Sao Paulo Coffee: Our Fazenda Sao Paulo coffee beans are not a blend, they are 100% pure Brazil Fazenda Sao Paulo coffee. We don't mix it with lower quality coffee varieties and the Brazilian coffee producers we work with are among the most respected in Brazil. Gourmet Coffee: These famous green coffee beans (i.e. raw coffee beans) are considered to be among the best coffee beans in the world. This specialty coffee offers impressive cranberry, clove, and cherry flavor notes, with candy-like sweetness. High-Altitude Yellow Catucai: These unroasted coffee beans are of the Yellow Catucai varietal. They were grown at a high-altitude of 950-1100 feet in Brazil's Minas Gerais region. Harvested by hand, only perfectly ripe coffee cherries were picked. Processed by the natural method. Green Coffee Beans for Roasting: Single origin coffee for roasting with a coffee bean roaster. We recommend that coffee roasters for home use are set to a medium roast profile to best experience this coffee's beautiful notes. Commitment to Environment and Community: Hayman partners with the Specialty Coffee Association to promote sustainability, quality, and fairness in the coffee community.
