Palate: Bold, dense Sherry wood coats the palate with Oloroso-soaked fruitcake. Chocolate-covered raisins, sticky dates and dried banana chips mingle with macchiato coffee and Demerara sugar, while autumnal leaves and winter spice lend a chewy, full-bodie Finish: Fig rolls, sticky ginger cake, nut brittle, malt loaf, burnt butter, dark honeycomb, salted butterscotch, more Sweet and sticky Sherry wood and dense fruitcake notes on a long and moreish finish.
