BROW-TO GUIDE- 1-Sharpen to neat, fine tip using the Precision Sharpener. 2- Apply a line of Brow Highlighter under the brow and blend downwards using the Brow Highlighter Brush. 3-For an ultra-neat finish, add a little Brow Highlighter above the brow and blend upwards. 4-Resting the brush under the brows, pull down is short sharp motions to blend your highlight in to the brow bone.
