The 100% Greek Heather Honey is produced by the Souka family on the slopes of Achaia. Superior in terms of qualIty, taste and aroma, it is considered one of the best qualities worldwide. It has a distinctive full-bodied taste with aromatic caramel notes, a light creamy hue and an intense earthy aroma of the flowers of the Heather plant. Due to its high glucose content, it crystallizes very quickly (1-3 months).
