A traditional, copper pot distilled, London dry gin created using only the finest botanicals hand-picked from our walled garden, for a premium gin with true historical provenance. AWARD-WINNING WELSH GIN… An innovative, well-balanced gin that won Gold at The Spirits Business Awards 2021. Created with integrity, made from the purest Welsh water and distilled using the highest quality ingredients, our craft gin strikes the perfect balance of spicy and sweet, making the perfect gin gift for women and men. TASTING NOTES… Juniper led, with overtones of hand-peeled citrus and our carefully selected wildflower medley that’s foraged in the grounds of our own castle for a Fresh and aromatic tasting profile. Our expert distiller has created a true Welsh masterpiece that is the perfect accompaniment to any mixer or cocktail. PERFECTLY SERVED… Fresh and clean on the palate, all our gin requires is a quality tonic, slice of lime or lemon, and plenty of ice for a memorable and rewarding tasting experience. Alternatively, enjoy a Gin Sling cocktail by combining our spirit with lemon juice, sugar syrup and two dashes of angostura bitters. Top with 50/50 tonic water and soda water, garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a lemon wedge and then add plenty of ice for the ultimate refresher.
