How to Use:

Using the HG Descaler is straightforward:

1. Pour 75ml of the descaler into the water reservoir of your machine and fill it up with water until you reach a total of 750ml (a 10:1 dilution). Allow this solution to work for 10 minutes to loosen scale deposits.

2. Power on your machine and let half of the descaler solution run through the system. After this, switch off the machine and leave the solution to sit for another 10 minutes. Once the time is up, let the remaining liquid run through until the water reservoir is completely empty.

3. After the descaling treatment is complete, rinse your machine thoroughly by running clean tap water through it at least three times to ensure all residues are removed. If you're using a pod-coffee machine, inserting a used coffee pod during the descaling process can help capture any residual scale, preventing blockages in the outflow.
