Sherry-seasoned oak lends dried-fruit depth as heathery peat smoke threads through, balanced by a touch of cocoa a Palate: Velvety and full-bodied on the palate, this 12-year-old unfolds honeyed layers of molten heather honey, balanced by rich fruitcake spice—cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves—and bright Seville orange zest. Sherry cask maturation lends dried-fruit depth, while Finish: Long, refined finish with warm, honeyed sweetness and Seville orange zest, carried on a whisper of heathery peat.
