About: Our modern, easy-drinking, well-balanced, golden citrusy Session IPA. Taste: An enticing aroma blending citrus and tropical notes with a clean, dry finish and characteristic grapefruit high notes. Brewed with home-grown Cascade hops and complemented with US Mosaic and Centennial hops added late in the brew for the perfect tropical marriage. Local Produce: Brewed with wonderfully aromatic award-winning Cascade hops, home-grown by the team in our own hop garden beside the brewhouse. Sustainability: Not only do we grow our own hops, our spent grain is enjoyed by local farm animals and we have just added 120 solar panels to the roof.
