Honeywell V4043H1106 28mm Zone Valve

The V4043H motorised zone valve is designed to regulate water flow in iron and copper piping systems for domestic and light commercial heating. Suitable for small-bore networks, it helps separate heating circuits such as central heating from hot water, or different floors. Available in two models, the V4043H1056 and the V4043H1106, both operate at 240V and are constructed from brass for durability.

The V4043H1056 measures 15 x 13 x 9.4 cm and weighs about 1.2 kg, while the V4043H1106 is 15.4 x 12.8 x 9.2 cm and weighs about 1.4 kg. Both include a replacement powerhead that can be serviced without draining the system, and feature motor open with spring return action, a 6-core flying lead, and a manual lever for filling and draining. A potential-free end switch allows electrical control of pumps or boilers, and the valve operates quietly and efficiently to minimise energy use.

In use, these 2-port valves can be installed with 22 mm or 28 mm compression fittings and common BSP sizes (1/2", 3/4", 1"). Normally closed variants include an end switch for boiler and pump control, while the normally open form can be suitable for solid fuel systems, opening in the event of a power failure. The valve offers a quiet operation and is suitable for light commercial applications.
