DISTILLERY - DARSA, Guatemala’s top rum producer, famed for Botran and Ron Zacapa, benefits from the Hondo River region's humid, tropical climate. At 185 metres above sea level, this environment accelerates maturation, resulting in light, medium-bodied rums with a distinct character and moderate sweetness.
