COCONUT & GRAPEFRUIT GIN: Distilled in a 150-year-old, copper pot still. We macerate our core botanicals in the finest agricultural (summer wheat) alcohol for 3-5 days before blending with natural coconut and natural grapefruit. TASTING NOTES: Powerful aroma of coconut, grapefruit, and juniper berries. The palate is well-balanced, offering dry, fleshy coconut with citrus notes. The finish is subtly sweet with lingering tropical coconut and a refreshing grapefruit freshness.
