Description

Amazon The British Intelligence Service tries to make the Germans believe that the Allied landing will take place in North Africa, when, in reality, the attack will occur in the English Channel. In this context, Major Harvey attends a theatrical performance and discovers Clifton James, an actor who imitates General Montgomery. A few days later, he is recruited to act as Monty’s double in the Mediterranean and to make the Germans believe that the attack will come from there. This is an adaptation of the book written by Clifton James himself, who plays himself in the film.
