Description

Amazon Traditional culinary & tea herb: Nana mint (Mentha spicata) is a fragrant variety of spearmint traditionally cultivated in the Middle East and North Africa. Recognisable by its bright green leaves and gentle menthol aroma, it is widely used both in cooking and for preparing herbal infusions, including traditional Moroccan mint tea. Mild & delicate mint flavour: Our spearmint offers a clean mint taste with soft menthol notes. Less sharp than peppermint, it provides a balanced and subtle flavour suitable for teas as well as for culinary preparations such as sauces, salads and spice blends. Preparation for tea & culinary use: For tea preparation, use 1-2 teaspoons of the herb per 250 ml cup. Pour hot water over the leaves, steep for 5-7 minutes, then strain. The leaves can also be used directly in cooking or blended with other herbs and spices. Optional sweeteners such as honey or stevia may be added according to taste. Naturally sourced: Grown and harvested with attention to purity and quality, every batch is selected to meet strict standards for clean, consistent ingredients. Committed to quality: From field to final packaging, we implement thorough quality checks to deliver a premium product every time.
