Say goodbye to the frustration of lost screws and disorganized components, the Fixmat streamlines your entire workflow from disassembly to reassembly.Experience unparalleled organization and security during every repair. The core of the Fixmat's design is a powerful magnetic surface that provides a secure grip on all ferrous screws and small metal parts. This simple yet critical feature offers invaluable peace of mind, preventing tiny, irreplaceable components from rolling off your workbench and disappearing forever. Complementing the magnetic field are ergonomically shaped sorting compartments, perfectly designed to keep your non-magnetic parts and various components meticulously organized. This systematic approach allows you to logically lay out parts as you disassemble a device, making the reassembly process intuitive and dramatically reducing the risk of errors.More than just a tray, the iFixit Fixmat is an interactive blueprint for your project. It features an improved, easy-to-clean surface that is compatible with dry-erase markers. This allows you to jot down notes, map out screw locations, diagram connections, and track your steps directly on your work surface. The thoughtfully designed dry-erase pen even features a profile that prevents it from rolling away, ensuring it's always right where you need it. This ability to create a visual guide as you work transforms the mat into an indispensable tool for tracking complex procedures, especially when dealing with the sensitive wiring of electric panels and domotic systems.Built for the demands of both hobbyists and professionals, the Fixmat is engineered for stability and expandability. The robust, non-slip foam base ensures the mat and your project stay firmly in place, providing a steady and reliable foundation for delicate work. For those managing multiple projects or operating in a shared workspace, the clever wedge profile allows several FixMats to be stacked neatly and securely, saving valuable bench space while keeping ongoing projects organized and self-contained.Crucially, when working with modern electronics, safety is paramount. The iFixit Fixmat offers comprehensive ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection, safeguarding your sensitive components from damaging static electricity. This makes it the ideal surface for handling delicate circuit boards, microchips, and other electronics found in today´s advanced systems, giving you the confidence to work without fear of causing invisible, irreversible damage.iFixit FIXMAT, stackable magnetic mat.Features:The strong magnetic plate holds ferrous (magnetizable) parts securely in place. The integrated sorting compartments are ergonomically shaped and make it easier to remove parts. The wedge profile enables convenient stacking of several FixMats.Improved surface design and a dry-erase pen that won´t roll away allow for detailed note-taking.The non-slip, robust foam base keeps your project where you need it.ESD protection is comprehensive, even for sensitive electronics.Colour:Blue / Black.Type:Project Mat.Compatible with:Universal. tradeinn Bricoinn
