Make sure all the hose clamps are securely tightened. Hand-tighten only; do not use tools to tighten the hose clamps. Check if the product where the hose is connected to has an O-ring, gasket or not. Normally there should be an O-ring or gasket between the product connection point and the hose to prevent water leakage. The O-ring or gasket is part of the product and not part of the accessory hose. Please ask the consumer to check the product to see if O-ring or gasket is in place.
