Irish Vegetable Roll Sausage Mix 150g (Makes 1kg)

This product is very popular in Northern Ireland, where it is often used to make Vegetable Roll - a uniquely Northern Irish delicacy, made up of cuts of lean beef and seasoned with fresh herbs and vegetables such as leeks and onions. Use 100g mix per 800g minced meat, includes rusk. This pack will make 1kg of sausages. Use with beef, chicken, pork, lamb or alternative! Simply add this seasoning to minced meat & water. Fill the sausage meat into collagen or natural casings using vegetable oil for a professional sheen. The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the sausage. Leave sausage meat in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with the meat. Fill using a sausage stuffer machine.
